The Range Rover line is a premium set of vehicles that all sell extremely well, both here and overseas. With a void to fill between the Range Rover Evoque and Range Rover Sport models, Land Rover are presenting an all-new SUV, dubbed the Range Rover Velar. We’ve seen the disguised test models driving around the streets, however, next week the world will get and official first unveiling of the brand new Range Rover Velar at the Geneva Motor Show.
The name Velar tracks back to one of Range Rover’s original vehicle prototype,s built back in the 1960’s . “We call the Velar the avant-garde Range Rover,” said Land Rover design boss Gerry McGovern. “It brings a new dimension of glamour, modernity and elegance to the brand. The Range Rover Velar changes everything.”
In terms of style, the 2018 Range Rover Velar will not disappoint. As always, one can expect outstanding quality, offering spectacular body lines, comfort and materials. For the moment, only a picture of the back diving is presented, however, we like what we see. A oversized glazed roof will run across the vehicle lightening the cockpit while also offering generous views for passangers.
The 2018 Range Rover Velar is rumoured to be revealed March 1.
